OK - for the benefit of others, I believe there are a few possible causes of the problems with IPA installs... I'll briefly outline them.

1. Certificate: There are times when it helps people (even with dev accounts) to delete a certificate from the apple portal. It is POSSIBLE that apple has changed the way they deal with certificates. To test this, I would like to work with someone that does NOT have a dev account that uses a MAC computer. For that user, I can provide assistance to install a ruby library called Fastlane. That will allow querying via API of certs in the apple portal.

2. Entitlements: Newer IPA's have different entitlements records in the IPA files. It is POSSIBLE that recent changes (apple side) are blocking IPA's without the new required entitlement records. AND/OR... it may be possible that the different signing tools are having issues with these newer binary entitlement records. This issue is documented here: <https://github.com/saucelabs/isign/issues/120> ... We can test by loading an older IPA with one of the install tools. It would need to be 4.3.0 or older to test...

Here's the thing. There are multiple recent changes that can possible impact. We're focussing on the known aspects right now. We know how to reset a dev account - but that doesnt work for non dev accounts. So that was a fail. We know about changes in the mach-o binary format that are preventing us from doing some magic we want to do. That is being examined. See <https://github.com/saucelabs/isign/issues/120> ... If that were resolved, we'd get some signing stuff happening very quickly. What is your specific issue? Dont know. so finally got .10 on a Device, I used wifes old Iphone Jail Broke on 11.4.1 I had to go to a the developer of Appsync site and than make it available in cydia at that point I could install it, I then used Ifunbox to install .10 Ipa and Itunes to install tweak. Yeah I remember that czokie, apple changed the way it worked so superimpactor etc died. You where trying to figure out what changed afaik.But for me it is different - friend of mine has apple dev account and signs for (lucky) me. What I ask for is the frida patched ipa.
@rickw001 So I wonder if it was Daniel (or whatever his name was) who started selling frida ipas in Telegram chats. If that is the reason there are no more updated patched ipas it is a pitty. Esp. as more ppl will buy his „solution“ as it is not available here anymore.
Maybe Mavic Mini and the new ipa will be fun to work with again :-)

@mavpac - For me, it is self interest. I am interested in a repeatable end to end signing solution. I also have a dev account, but I dont fly enough to warrant the effort to build an IPA. If I could get isign to work, I'd go back and get an end to end automated process to decrypt, tweak, and sign IPA's straight away.
